These terms apply to the use of the Sector Signals website ("the Site") and any paid research reports purchased through it.

1. Acceptance

By using the Site or purchasing a report, you agree to these terms.

2. Reports — Use and Licensing

Purchased reports are licensed for use within the purchaser's organization. Redistribution to third parties, public posting, or resale is not permitted without prior written consent.

Reports are delivered as PDF, Markdown, and JSONL. The Markdown and JSONL formats may be used internally for LLM-assisted analysis under the same license.

3. Disclaimer

The Site and reports are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Reports are AI-generated based on publicly available information and should be used as one input among others for decision-making, not as the sole basis for material decisions.

4. Refunds

Because reports are digital goods delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final. Refunds are considered only in cases of technical failure of delivery.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
